The Service Manager is in charge of the post-project service delivery to our customers. This includes incident and problem management with corrective and adaptive support, but also preventive and evolutionary support.
As a Service Manager, you will built up a close relationship with the customers: you will not only advice and report to them, but you will also have an open (commercial) eye for new opportunities at the customer, which you can work on with the customer Account Manager.
Job Responsibility:
- Post-project tasks like:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Request Management
- Client Service Management
- You create and maintain a service delivery and quality plan for the customer
- You set-up the monthly service meetings with the customers and you take part in the functional working groups
- Together with the involved Amplexor project manager, you will make sure a smooth hand-over is realized at the end of the project
- You monitor and measure customer satisfaction
- You guide and steer the internal team at Amplexor for customer support and SLA management (incl issue tracking, planning, development, time registration, administration…)
- Within Amplexor, you propose and design new service strategies and you help to define new tasks, quality controls, risk analysis & management, reporting parameters, etc.
Profile:
- You have 3 to 5 year experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Attention to detail and able to produce a clear pro-active steering (SLA, planning, invoicing,…) and reporting
- You like customer contact and you are able to build a strong relationship with the customer
- Strong oral and written skills in English (and Dutch or French)
Technical Requirements:
- Good knowledge of project methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL (certificates are plus)
- Knowledge or experience with Enterprise Content Management or Web Application Development is a plus
- Experience with agile and timeboxing
- Experience with planning and reporting tools (like Jira, Confluence, Greenhopper,...)
