SDL Tridion WCM Consultant

Amplexor, with offices in Leuven and Gent in Belgium, is seeking experienced SDL Tridion WCM consultants to help build web based content management solutions and web applications for its customers.

Amplexor has been a leading SDL Tridion partner since 2001 and currently has a team of over 15 experienced Tridion Consultants.

Job Responsibility: 
  • Gather application requirements from users, create preliminary design concepts and draft technical design documents, in close collaboration with other architects and the client.
  • Implement Tridion based web content management systems and websites
  • Technical web application developments
  • Provide superior technical service and build successful long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Maintain suite of existing solutions: implement new feature requests and fix critical bugs.
Profile: 
  • You have a degree in computer sciences (university degree or equivalent) and minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • You have experience in one or more programming languages (Java or .Net,…)
  • You like working in small teams, but are able to work on your own.
  • Exceptional problem solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills  and you like direct customer contact
  • Good knowledge of English ; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
Technical Requirements: 
  • You have good knowledge of the SDL Tridion Web Content Management solution
  • Experience with web application tools/technologies/frameworks/standards
  • You have knowledge of XML technologies
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and experience with database programming.
  • Experience with other web content management platforms ( Sharepoint, Smartsite, Adobe Day,Vignette, Sitecore, Mediasurface, Ektron,  Alfresco,  Drupal, Acquia, Joomla, Apache Cocoon etc) or portal software (Weblogic Portal, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Liferay,etc.) is a plus
